New Year’s Day
We got a special treat on New Year’s Day when we headed to College Station to visit Brian’s childhood friend, Dallin Jeffery. He and his wife Mckenna and their darling little girls moved to Texas from Delta right before Christmas and we knew we needed to see them while Brian was on break from school. It only took about an hour and a half to drive there and we joined them for an early dinner and evening full of catching up. Although it’s been a while since Brian and Dallin had seen each other, it was like they didn’t even skip a beat. Mckenna and I got along great too, and it was just so fun to be with good friends.
