After race day and Pioneer Day celebrations, we crammed a lot of fun things into our last two days in the Beehive state-
Bowling with our Wilson cousins as our last hoo-rah was a total blast!
We were sad it was time to say goodbye to these best faces, but are so gald we got to see so much of them over the course of the month! Love you all!
That evening we had a little Monsen-Whitehouse get together starting with swimming at the McQueen's-
The slide was for the the biggest hit and the boys went right down it! I thought Eve might hesitate because of the height...
She didn't.
Are you even surprised?
It would whip her around pretty quick there at the end and I thought she might fly out a couple times, but she just kept going over and over and over again! Love that little dare devil!
And I just couldn't get enough of this goggle guy.

We headed back to Grandma and Grandpa's for a yummy dinner and then an outdoor movie, Remember the Titans, and their neighbor Darren's house.
Wells was a little sicky, and actually, so was Kelli being just a few weeks pregnant, but she came over so we could see her one last time before we left and Eve snuggled her as much as she could!
We had so much fun with everyone and were so glad we could see them all before we left!
To top off our Utah days we ended our trip with a hike to Cecret Lake up Big Cottonwood Canyon with Grandma Teresa and were NOT disappointed with the beauty and fun hike it held-
Albion Basin was in full bloom and we didn't get hardly any of the gorgeous flowers it had blooming, but we saw it and loved it!
The kids did pretty dang amazing, especially when it got pretty steep on the last stretch. Dad was amazing to hang back with Eve if he needed to.
And this beautiful, glassy lake was our reward for that hike and it was worth every step!
We had so much fun spending time in the gorgeous Rockies and are so glad we could do it with Grandma Teresa!
We treated ourselves with pizza at the park and then Bahama Buck's afterwards and called it a win and perfect ending to our trip!
Eve was even able to use her drink umbrella to help her out in the rain! Love that girl!
Another successful trip we had in our favorite state with our favorite people!
