Half a year Wesley

Time sure does fly when you're having fun! Our six month man is seriously a blast. He is always talking up a storm. We cannot get enough of the noises he has been figuring out!

 He still loves his paci...whether it's the clip or the actual pacifier. Mmmm...

He is rolling, rolling, rolling....but just from his back to his belly. But we don't mind too much, because this is the view we get to enjoy:

 It has been kinda funny because for about a week or so we were having to get up 2-3 times a night just to flip him over to go back to sleep! We have a pancake for a baby. Speaking of sleep, this boy has got it figured out! We put him to bed every night around 8-8:30 and he is out until 7-8 the next morning. Ok, I do have to confess that we still wake him up every night when we go to bed and give him a bottle. It can be annoying and I know it's not the best habit, but it has surely worked for us, and we are all sleeping like babes around here!

The doc kept telling us to wait until 6 months to start solids, but at just over 5 months, on July 5, we couldn't hold him off any longer and spoon fed that boy some rice cereal.

 I think he likes it.

 As you can see, he is not suffering when it comes to calories.

We love this heavy, handsome kid.

And he weighs in at a whopping 20 lbs!

Yes, he is definitely worth the aching arm.

 He is simply irresistible.
