Mae was able to check out her classroom for the year for her Mother's Day Out program I got her signed up for. Once the big kids went to school, I scrambled to sign her up for something because this girl is social!
See how much she loves these big siblings of hers!
Liv's blessing was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and on Labor Day we had one last hoo-rah at the Wernli's amazing property-
Mae did such a good job figuring the kayak out on her own!
Eve also discovered this holiday weekend what she wanted to be for Halloween-
Love my little Texan!
We had a farewell ceremony for the broken high chair and I almost shed some tears-
We've had this trusty chair (dubbed Henry High Chair during this speech by Brian) since Thad was a babe and it also served the Doyle babies, too! I never like anyone else's high chair and I'm sad Mae broke the latch on the tray making it unusable for Liv.
Goodbye, Henry!
Any chance we get to have lunch outside, we do it!
The week after Labor Day, Mae FINALLY had her first Mother's Day Out and she was so excited to finally be able to go to "school!"
Can you even handle how cute she is with her curls and Elmo backpack?!
I can't, and neither can her teachers! She's a cutie patootie!
My hands are always full, but I am loving it! I really feel like this month has been a moment of getting my "mojo" back! Like since I had Mae...It's been a crazy couple years!
We had a fun fire and dance party night at the Sackett's and these girls were so cute dancing their hearts out-
Football season has arrived!
For the Buckeyes and the Grizzell Celtics!
It has been so much fun to watch this handsome guy play football for the first time ever! We are so proud of him for going out, being the smallest, but most fearless guy. He loves going to practice, playing in games, and all the friends he has made being a part of the team.
-7th Grade football team and cheerleaders-
(Yes, Thad is the floating head on the back left side)
I love this 7th grade guy so much!
We're all still loving on this baby whenever we can.
Eve's birthday weekend was quite an eventful one for all of us! In addition to celebrating her bday, Brian and Thad went to Utah for the weekend while Brian attended the BYU Accounting Conference and Thad hung with family.
Late flight arrival = sleepy Thad
The first day Brian was gone, Thad had a good time with Grandmas and the Wilson side of the family-
Apparently he got "whooped" (his words) by his grandmas, but had a great time! These ladies sure love this darling kid!
After some fun with the Henrie kids and going to Henry's baseball game, a sleepover with the Henries was on the docket. He and Leah apparently stayed up until 3a.m. and had a fantastic time together!
Saturday he went to Wells' soccer game and then had a fun night at House's watching the Utes get beat by San Diego State...Good thing there was good company to soften the blow!
How cute are these baby cousins??? I'm so glad Thad got to hang with the cousins that he doesn't get to see and connect with very often. He is such a good kid.
I'm so glad Brian has made this tradition to take one of kids with him to this conference each fall. It is not only a great way for him to connect with our kids, but obviously for extended family to get to love on them one-on-one!
Mae is as dreamy as toddlers come and this hair and teeth situation give us life every single day-
Can you see why?!
Mae has also taken an extra interest in the fake food in our playroom and "cooks" for and "feeds" all of us on a regular basis. It's darling!
The little girls and I went and got Thad from school for lunch one day and Mae was so pumped to be with "Faddy" mid-day.
These two are little twinners and get along so good. He is always so sweet with her!
Wes also loves this little gal-
*heart melted*
Soccer fills up our Saturdays and we couldn't be any happier about it!
Wes has made some major improvements this season and has been a big asset to his team's defense. It's so fun to watch them grow in things they love!
How do I have THE CUTEST girls?!
Yellow is a good color on all of them!
We threw a goodbye party at the Wernli property for another one of our favorite families making the move out west-
The Slavens will be majorly missed in the ward and our family!
The team celebrated Porter's last day on the team with a fun game of two-hand-touch -- They will miss him!
The month ended with some GORGEOUS weather that I hope continues off and on throughout October -- It has been dreamy!
Happy Fall, Y'all!
