Eve wasn't sure what she wanted to do for her birthday party this year, but she knew she wanted to invite a lot of people, so her only option was to invite them to our house for some fun since we're not a "party room" type of family. She decided a campfire and movie night were the activities she wanted to do, so we made it happen. Unfortunately, Brian and Thad were out of town, but we wanted to do it close to her birthday, so I roped Christine into helping me host and she was an amazing co-host!
Luckily the weather held, even though it was a little warm and sticky, and we were able to set up a cute backdrop for her party-

They were such good sports and some of them cooked their hot dogs over the open fire in the heat and others opted to pop their's in the air fryer. I was more of air fryer gal that night!
After some eating and playing we sang happy birthday and enjoyed cupcakes, ice cream, and scary stories around the fire-
Presents were the last thing on the list before it was dark enough to get the movie started-
After that crazy session of opening presents, it was finally time to start the movie!
Eve chose the new Cinderella movie from Amazon Prime and it was the perfect fit for her party! Lots of dancing and music and fun for boys and girls. The screen and projector from the church worked perfectly for this little setup.
This was a crazy night filled with friends, fun, and food and it was perfect for our new 7 year old! I'm so glad Eve was able to have such a fun night to celebrate her birthday with her friends. She is loved!
