November Wrap Up

November gave us some more fabulous autumn days that sent the little girls and me to the park every now and then-

Days with these little girls are just the best and they're going to be gone before I know it!

On a whim I decided to paint our bonus room while Brian was at work before set up the new couch we bought for it-
This is the best before picture I have (we were using it to sleep train Liv, hence the pack-n-play and paper over the window).
I just painted the walls white and I'm so glad I did! It makes the room feel bigger and nice and fresh. This couch (pulls out into queen size bed) made for a much more comfortable guest room for my parents and has been a great little media room for the kids (we brought the TV up from the basement)! So if you want to come to Ohio, there is a freshly painted room with a comfy bed calling your name!

Mae went through this little phase where she was sitting on all the doll house furniture and loved to show us and make us laugh!
Haha!

Brian pulled up a camera on his computer that can distort faces and Mae thought it was hilarious!

It escalated quickly and Mae laid it all out to get all the laughs!

The traditional Primary Program was back in full swing and it was awesome! Wes and Eve did such a good job singing all their songs and memorizing their parts-
Eve: This year I learned I can do hard things with Jesus' help like the Saints did.
Wes: I enjoyed learning about Zion's Camp this year. This experience teaches us that when we disobey we miss out on blessings the Lord has in store for us. My testimony of listening to the Lord grew after learning about this.

Mae just shows off with her cuteness all the time-

Next up-
We got these cute kids vaccinated this month! Wes was brave and went first to calm Eve's nerves and he didn't even flinch. He was also a sweetheart and held Eve's hand while she got hers. She realized really quick she shouldn't have been so nervous, she said it barely hurt.

How grateful we are for this modern medicine miracle! Our life is mostly back to normal, but this vaccine gets us one step closer to no masks and total peace of mind.

We decided last minute to go to an OSU volleyball game and we had a blast! We were lucky enough to find someone to keep Liv and we are so so glad. We would have been a big hot mess with a stroller and baby in that stadium.

I luckily caught this magical moment with this magical creature watching a show-

One night Eve and I went on a hunt for Topo Chico that has been hard to find--and found some at Whole Foods--and while we were there, we saw they had peppermint oreo cookies and it kind of snow balled....

We went to Trader Joe's and got their Peppermint Joe-Joe's and took them back to the family for a taste test!

The winner was, to my surprise, the 365 Chocolate Candy Cane Sandwich Cremes! I voted for the Joe-Joe's because I love how much frosting they have, but that was why everyone else didn't like them as much.

We started our holiday movie watching, and Dad was the most excited-

The weather took a turn and Mae was ready for it!

We got Christmas set up and Liv is ready to gallup through the holidays!

For our last FHE of the month we talked about the Celestial Kingdom and Wes challenged us to read some verses in D&C and then draw how we envisioned the description it gave-

I can't wait to find out what it's really like with these awesome people!

What a great month we had to kick off our holiday season!
