Happy Thanksgiving 2021

It was Grandma Cindy's and Grandpa Kent's year to come spend Thanksgiving with us again and we were all so excited to have them all to ourselves for a few days! They arrived late Wednesday night before the big day and my kids were ready bright and early to hang with them!
Mae's getting real smart and was giving grandma some counting lessons to show off!

Grandma's knee was bugging her really bad, so everyone gathered around her and she was the best company while I finished up a few day-of dishes for our dinner.

Eve and Mae were big helpers when it was time to get ready for dinner-

And Liv was our cutest little spectator!

After getting everything set up, we had a little girly photo shoot before Liv took her nap-

Can you even believe this girl's cutest faces?!?! She makes us so happy!

We also snapped some family pics before Liv was down for the afternoon!

And before we knew it, it was time to eat!
Dad did a phenomenal job smoking the turkey and it's the only way we will have it from here on out!

The rest of the spread wasn't too shabby either!

After stuffing ourselves silly, we spent the night hanging out just happy to be together!

And for dinner...PIE!
And yes, they were as delish as they look!

What an awesome Thanksgiving day we had together with our favorite Wilson grandparents! These holidays are so special and we are so grateful they trekked across the country to spend it with us. It was so fun to have them for a few more days and we worked, relaxed, and had some fun!

Grandma and Grandpa took us to the movies and we saw Clifford and all of us enjoyed it!

Grandma has been helping me collect and put together the look I want for our main Christmas tree and we had fun putting it together!

We were a little more methodical than in years past, but the kids were great sports and I was so happy with the results!

(Yes, I dragged the decorated tree across the room because we wanted it in the other corner...haha!)

These little girls loved their spot on Grandpa's lap!
Mae was especially obsessed with Grandpa and loved that he would look at her and not move around much so she could just keep talking to him and always have his attention.

Grandma had the best time baby talking to her last little grand baby-

Liv had fun baby talking to that grammy of hers!

On their last day when all the big kids had to go back to real life, we went to North Market in Dublin for lunch and had to grab some Jeni's, of course!

We were all so sad to say goodbye, but just so grateful we got this time with them!
