April Happenings

Spring sports came in hot this year and April was busy from the beginning! Thad had his first meet right after spring break in toasty Florida, and it was just cold enough I had to pull the winter coats out for their last hoo-rah.
Liv was entirely underdressed for the event, but she loved playing in the rocks.

We had so much fun cheering him on!

Eve had another tumbling competition and took first in each of her events-
Go, Eve!

Holy Week
Easter has become my favorite holiday over the past 6-7 years as we have really dug into Holy Week. Understanding the Savior and his mission and gift to us is such a joy.

We died our first egg red and tried our best to connect the symbolism and meaning for our kids. Hoping they will love this holiday as much as I do one day.

Happy birthday to me!
My little family is the very best and celebrated me and I just love them.
So many friends called and stopped by and showed me some love and it was so nice. Wes and Eve had an art show after school and we had some fun checking out their masterpieces before Wes had a busy night of soccer and volleyball practice.

I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!

We went to North Market for dinner and it was delish!

We waited for Wes to finish off with my fave bday cake-

I am so grateful for another year on this beautiful earth. 36 is going to be a good one as long as I have these crazies by my side!

Grandma Cindy made that Boston Magic possible for us and our kids loved having her as mom for a week!

Thank you so much, Grandma!!
She even brought some of my stuff that has lingered at her house since I moved out and Mae had a fun time trying my wedding shoes on-
Love her!!

I love these little sisters, and Mae's face in this next picture gives me life-
Please zoom in on it if you can.

Eve killed her swim evaluation and freestyled and back stroked 25 meters with no problems-
So proud of this girl and her determination!

Wes and Eve sang in a children's choir for stake conference and we loved seeing our red-head's cutest face on the screen-

This is what I looked like at that stake conference and Eve said, "Mom, it looks like you've been on the trampoline." Haha!

The Whitneys came over for dessert and Denton always loves a challenge so this happened-
Can't remember if Thad or Brian won, but it was a tight one!

Spring weather is food for the soul and we were outside as much as we could be to enjoy it!

11-Month Liv

Month 11 with our Liv was just as fun as ever! She has so much personality and I just can't get over her and her ginger locks.
So close to bonking her head!

Simultaneous naps have been off for a while since she take two naps, so her and I get a good couple hours together every day and I love it.

She was so good for Grandma Cindy while we were in Boston and I'm so glad they got that bonding time.

These little sisters are so lucky to have each other.

Until she gets the walking thing down, this is how she gets to spend her time outside.

She loves to feed herself so I try to accommodate that any time she eats because she will eat better.

She still doesn't have down the stairs figured out, but really wanted to come with me when I went out there-

She loves being outside, just like all my babies have!

I COULD EAT HER UP!

11 months looks good on you, baby girl-
