We have enjoyed such a gorgeous fall and had multiple opportunities to pull out costumes in prep for Halloween.
Mae started us off with having to wear orange for school and this is the only orange thing she owned and we went with it! She talked about wanting to be Belle, but the cheerleader stuck after orange day at school and she looked perfect!
Dublin always has the Spooktacular, so Grandma Teresa and I made our way over with all the girls while she was visiting and had a fun night together-
This flying witch was fascinating and we spent more time than I'd like to admit watching her!
We also made our way to Boo at the Zoo and had a fun time! Liv hated Wes's mask, so getting her to take a picture with him nearby and masked was not easy-
Belle did make a couple appearances during the season!
We picked out pumpkins at Kroger afterwards...pretend these pictures are with our whole family in a pumpkin patch-
We carved those puppies a few days before Halloween and it was so much fun! Thad even used the drill for the first time and his design turned out awesome-
Eve and Wes got to celebrate at school the week before and had some fun class parties. I am one of the Room Moms in Eve's class and had such a fun time being in the classroom with her!
Mae did have another identity crisis and went as Belle to preschool, but was right back to Longhorn Cheerleader for dance and the Trunk-or-Treat at church-
Our little girls are pretty popular among all at church!
We had such a fun time and I wish I would have taken more pictures!
It was finally time for the big day and we had such a good time! Great weather and friends for all made it pretty dang perfect -
(Lots of crying from Liv because of the mask)
Thad went as a tourist last minute and it was perfect! I don't think his friends went out for too long, but I'm glad they didn't think they were too big to go...he gets the rest of his life to be an adult.
I took the little girls with Eve and her friends, Cora and Mallory. Mallory's mom Carrie and I stuck together and ended up having a blast. It was a pretty idyllic, fall night in the midwest and we stomped around a good 2.5 hours before calling it quits. So fun!
We ran into the Connerys and that was a blast!
Liv skipped out on the fun and passed out candy with Daddy at home. Sure love those two.
SUCCESS!
