When Four Siblings Met #5

The kids were so excited to meet Liv after her much awaited arrival and not being able to come to the hospital due to COVID protocols. Since they all stayed with friends the night we came home, they all arrived at different times the morning of June 1 and it was so fun to have them meet her separately.

Mae arrived first with Liz and she was a delight to watch meet her baby sister! We met Mae at the door and then brought her to Liv laying in family room. It was perfect.

She really had no idea that the baby had come out of my stomach and that she was here to stay, but she stared at her with curiosity and became mesmerized by her pacifier.

She had to show her Puppy, of course! I love when toddlers want to share with babies!
These are precious moments I never ever want to forget.

Five minutes after Mae arrived, Thad got here and was enamored right away!

Can you even handle the sweetness of this biggest brother with his little sisters?! I can't! Tears for this mama every single time.

The five of us hung out for about an hour before Wes and Eve made it home and it was so fun!

Wes and Eve finally made it, and Eve could not contain her absolute joy.

Sometimes I can hardly believe I have been lucky enough to experience these moments. It's so surreal and I'm so so grateful. Nothing brings heaven closer than a fresh, newborn babe.

Wes soaked in every tiny detail of her knowing it won't last forever.
Oh, how I love this baby loving red head!

And just like that we have 5 whole children!

And we couldn't be happier about it!

How we adore these FIVE precious souls we've been given charge of!
(P.S. Mae would not allow anybody else to hold Liv for this photo...thanks for the support, Thad!)
