The Cabin

A couple of days after getting back from Kanosh, we packed up and headed to Fairview to spend a couple days at Grandma Teresa's and Grandpa Russ' cabin. Wes was a babe the last time we were up there, so it was time! Those mountains never cease to amaze me; their beauty, their air, their silence. I just love it all!
The boys, in their matching Aggie attire, were so excited to be on the 4-wheeler very first thing!

Haha! These boys have the best dad in all the world!

Grandma is always up for a good game, and I'm pretty sure Thad ended up schooling her in Yahtzee.

Sleeping was a lot better this go around, and though both babies didn't sleep much at the same time, no body was losing their marbles.

It is always more fun to do things with cousins!

Thad loved spending an afternoon with the big boys to try his hand at fishing!

We were all so excited for the fire so we could have some s'mores and stare at the flames.

Our pictures end on the second night because half of us caught Thad's bug he had in Kanosh. I woke up at 4am cursing/hurling the three s'mores I ate, at 6am Teresa woke not feeling well and Todd wasn't doing too good either. We somehow managed to get the cabin cleaned up and out the door around 2pm with only Russ and Brian functioning at 100%. Kelsie started to feel it and got worse on their ride home. Not the best part of the trip, but I'm still glad we went! I didn't get to go on a 4-wheeler ride which was a total bummer, but it was still a wonderful little vacay.
