I don't have any wedding pictures from the temple, but the ceremony was wonderful and I found myself hanging on to every word the sealer was saying. He gave great advice to everyone in the room and it was absolutely perfect for the Kelli and Merit.
After the ceremony we headed to the Lion House for a DELICIOUS luncheon.
I have to say it was the most memorable luncheon I have ever attended. There was a musical production by Merit's family and they had everyone joining in on the fun! Literally, the whole room was singing!
The reception hall, Noah's, was the perfect place to have a wedding reception. Everything came together so perfectly and it made for a perfect night with perfect pictures!
(This one is already hanging on our wall!)
What a great picture of great siblings!
So I'm kinda obsessed with this picture even though my boys only make up 2 of the 16 children in the picture.
Merit's nieces and nephews are darling and I kinda can't believe how good they all were for this picture. Getting Thad to hold still for the family ones and look at the camera was a major challenge.
This picture really took like 3 minutes!
Speaking of nieces and nephews, Thad and Kelli sure have a special bond.
They are both honestly this excited when they see each other.
Every time.
I know this special bond started back in Logan (which sometimes feels like an eternity ago),
and it is still as strong as ever.
As mentioned, he wasn't a very good sport about taking pictures, but we didn't have to convince him one bit to run to her arms. He loves his aunt so much, and with good reason. She loves hims so much!
Really, these pictures make mine and Brian's hearts melt. So sweet.
I get nervous and sad sometimes about Wes maybe not having the same bond,
But I know without a doubt he will love her just as much as his older brother.
She just makes it too darn easy to love her!
Like I said before: Everything was PERFECT. The pictures speak for themselves.
The next 4 pictures are some of my favorite: Me and the men in my life!

I know this post is about the wedding, but here is an ode to Grandpa Christensen.
We love him.
We're sad he couldn't stay for the blessing, but SO happy we got to spend the wedding day with him!
I love this comparison because it shows that both of my boys knew at a young age how awesome Grandpa is. Best Grandpa Great ever!
And the party continued!
Susan is the mastermind behind the backdrop and she just happens to be one of my mom's best friends.
Wherever she is, the party is better.
She took pictures of everyone and everything and we just couldn't get enough of her!
I really wish I could invite her to all of my parties just to MAKE SURE everyone would be entertained...and I'm sure it would look great also, which would just be a major plus.
Uncle Todd made sure Thad didn't miss the cake being cut and he enjoyed every second!
Grandma Teresa was glad to sit for a few minutes after standing in line all night and enjoyed a few minutes with her newest grandson.
She didn't get to relax too long because Kelli and Merit had a huge surprise:
Kelli learned a song to play on the guitar!
It was so fun and such a surprise for everyone to see her up there playing in her wedding dress!
Merit is one lucky guy.
Perfection.
Seriously, what a perfect night. I can't say it enough! I don't think Kelli will ever be able to look back and wish she could change a thing. We are so happy for her and Merit and think he is just the perfect addition to our family.
