Easter Celebrations 2023

General Conference weekend kicked off Holy Week and it was the perfect way to focus on the Savior and His redeeming mission.

We had our typical conference treats and got some egg dying done before that activity got ousted from the Easter festivities with all the busy spring stuff we have going on!

Little ones discovering new things is one of my favorite things.

Can you even believe this cutest poser? I love her!

We made some Italian Easter Bread to deliver to some friends and it was delicious!

Palm Sunday is always a treat and we made sure to reenact the Savior entering Jerusalem-

I love doing this to start Holy Week and get our kids thinking about the time leading up to our Savior saving us all. And I always hope that if we would have been there during that time, that we would have had those palm leaves and shed our clothing to make way for Him.

We had a last supper meal and made sure to read some scriptures each night. It is my favorite!
We also did some fun egg hunts in between!

And then the kids acted like it was Christmas and wanted to all sleep together-
I love them.

But they woke up and had a blast seeking out what the Easter Bunny left!

After baskets were found, the egg hunt was on!!

After a morning of fun we switched gears and focused our attention on the real reason for the holiday and got dressed up and enjoyed and wonderful sacrament meeting focused on the atonement and resurrection of our Savior.

How grateful I am for this family I can spend forever with because of Him and his sacrifice.
Our life is beautiful. I love them all so much. Happy Easter!

March Moments

Life with these little girls is NEVER dull!

Liv got her first set of piggies!

And is the CUTEST baby shark!

The good weather kept coming, so to the park we kept going.

Donuts with Grownups is back post-pandemic and Dad is the best and joined these cuties for a fun morning at the school-

The Mangums invited us to the Carrie Underwood concert very last minute and she was AMAZING!

Wes had his 5th grade music concert and did a phenomenal job on his piano solo before the program started and also singing with his grade. The school hasn't done these music concerts the past couple years, so it was great to have them back!

Man, we really love this kid!

Way to go, Wes!

Eve and I went to Shrek at Jerome High School with some friends from church and had a blast-

Liv is all girl with posing and purses-

These gingers are best buddies at church even though they can be a little irreverent sometimes-
Good thing they're super cute!

Can't you tell from his face and that hair that he is a big trouble maker!
People that don't take their coats off when they get home are always sus to me.

Liv has kept up the "good eater" trend at our house-

I won a MAJOR award at our Relief Society birthday party with the beauty and taste of my carrot cake-
Is that gold glittered Ken doll a beauty?

St. Patty's Day was fun with my little leprechauns and we kept up our tradition of clover sugar cookies and the girls loved it-

These cute leprechauns were excited to frost and inhale those yummy cookies when they got home!

We did another little organization project and got those bikes of the garage floor and it's been a dream-

Mae and her scooter had an unfortunate meeting with the sidewalk on one of our walks and her face took the brunt of it. She was so brave when it happened and has been a good sport since. Sorry girlfriend!

She's been telling her friends online all about it and has received a ton of great support ;-)

(I think my phone usage needs to decrease if this girl is imitating it so well)

Love you little girlfriends so much!
