This girl got really chatty this month and there was no shortage of smiles to go around! We all love her so so so much!
She has become so interactive with everyone and we all do whatever it takes to get those cutest smiles!
She is so much fun to cuddle, have fun with and just have around...she makes anything better!
Brian usually grabs her the minute he comes in the door and totes her around everywhere he goes-

Wes' excitement about her waking up every day has not dimmed and I don't see it happening any time soon!
Mae is such a mild mannered baby that goes with the flow and lets everyone love her and enjoy her.
Sleeping got a little dicey with this girl and even though she looks darling while she's doing it--
She wasn't doing it all night and we were ready. It would have been fine for us if she was waking up once a night to eat and go right back to sleep, but started being random and multiple times per night and we decided our almost 17 lb baby was fine to go 10 hours without eating. So, halfway through October we boarded up the bonus room and exiled her there to scream her heart out or sleep or do whatever she darn well pleased.
We didn't have blinds in this room yet (but have since hung some) so we improvised until we could get the actual blinds. Our sleep training method is this: Put your baby in a room far enough away from you that you can hardly hear them crying. Do this until they start sleeping through the night all the way. We have now done this with 2 out of 4 babies and it works. Poor Monsen babies!
Luckily this cutest girl doesn't hold grudges and after a few nights of screaming she accepted her fate and is doing so well at nights!
This was her cuddling after her first night of screaming...I guess the snuggles were worth it!
And here are some pictures of her just being the absolute greatest. We are all so in LOVE! (Have I made that clear enough yet?!)

is Perfection!
Can't you just hear the cooing in these next photos?
This spot, on her changing pad in her room, is her very favorite spot in the whole house. She can be fussy and ready for a nap or hungry and ready to eat, but if you lay her here, she will turn on the smiles and chat away. It is the cutest thing ever!
Unfortunately Eve or I did not see it actually happen, but one minute she was on her back and the next she was on her tummy-
And so proud of herself!!
Fanciest, smartest, strongest little baby!
To say these last four months have been amazing is an understatement. I wrote this in an Instagram post about Mae, "As we all gathered round this perfect babby girl alst night and cheered her on to roll over, I told Brian how I wished I had this same perspective with all my babies--to stop, to chear to savor every baby moment. These days pass, this is the easy part of parenting...soak it up, every second of it. The last 4 months have been the very best!"
This girl is GROWING! I took her to one of her last appointments for her torticollis therapy and she is 18.5 lbs!!! She is ONLY 4 months! I love my largest Mae-baby!
I am enjoying every minute with girl. I can say this so honestly. I love every day I get with her and knowing all the hard stuff will pass just makes every single moment sweeter. She is absolute perfection. Happy 4 Months, baby girl!
